3. Armor- This little known John Steakley novel is Awesome military sci-fi. I love this book. After watching Terminator TSCC I will say that you cast Bryan Austin Green as the lead. 4. The Wheel of time- Hey Hollywood, you sick of trilogies, then try out this on going series that will keep you filming for 10 years. Great thing about these books is that you can cut away at them (especially in the later books) and the fans won't care in the least. In fact, cut everyone but the top 10 characters.
5. Ender's Game- Uncle Orson is very protective of his baby and has full creative control over the rights. Hollywood, just do the movie the way he wants it done, it will be successful.6. I Am Legend- Don't tell me that they have made this movie three times, because they haven't. I would give this to a Japanese psych horror director, maybe the guy that did Audition.
7. Mists of Avalon-This would have to be a trilogy but the story is just so epic. Not sure who could play the actors, but I am sure that Gary Oldman would make a great Kevin Harper.
8. Predator: Permanent Midnight- This is a great installment in the predator series and would work well as a stand alone movie.

What I would give to see Ender's Game. Come on, Hollywood. Should we start some sort of petition?
Spiderman 2099 - I love this idea.
Bring back the orginal cast of Terminator? I'd wet my pants with excitement. Oops. . .a little too much information. LOL.

Clint Eastwood would have made a good Wolverine but the special effects - I dunno.
The Wheel of Time - I read 1st book and disliked greatly so I'd vote against this one.
Ender's Game - I'm totally with you here.
The rest I don't know well enough to judge.
I'd love to see:
- Frank Miller's Ronin.
- The Spirit starring a younger Bruce Campbell as the Spirit instead of that mess of a movie.
- Neuromancer
- Enigma [a vertigo comic]
- Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser.
- The Black Company.
- The Nocturnals [comic book]
they wouldn't have been able to do CG, but prop work would have sufficed.
Neuromancer-not sure it would work in a post matrix world for the general public, but I would like to see this as well.
Wheel of time is like your entire list of fantasy cliches rolled into a single story.
I have an instant appreciation for your taste after saying I Am Legend.
This is a very interesting list but I am not a Sci-Fi specialist so I'm not sure of most of them.
Mist of Avalon was one of my favorite books so of course I was unhappy with the movie.
Eastwood would've made a perfect Wolverine back in the day. And maybe if they made movies for Wheel of Time, the series would actually END one day!

Nessa-I was unaware of a mists of avalon movie, couldn't have been good. I will stick by my thought that Gary Oldman should be Kevin Harper. The movie should be rated R as well.

I would love to see a Spider-Man 2099 movie. You could make a terrific cyber-punk movie with a hero constantly in danger and just a step ahead of the technology that is chasing him so that they can cut him up to make an army just like him. He is a failed mistake that needs to be put down and a hero to those whom technology has kept down. Wow, that is pretty good.
or how cool would a SM2099 tv show be, live action.
